Thank you so much for visiting our website and your interest in Hope Christian School.  We opened enrollment for the 19/20 school year on March 12, 2019 and will close on August 12th this year.

We have provided information below about how we are structured, and what is required of the primary teacher below.  Please email us for an informational sheet with current fees, requirements & activities.  If you have any questions at all, just let me know and we will be happy to help!

There is no obligation or payment due when submitting this form.  We have limited enrollment for the 19/20 school year and a request for an application does not guarantee acceptance.

In 1990, Wayne & Connie Atchison saw a need in the home education community.  They wanted a place that their children could excel, not only academically, but socially – in a safe and Christian environment.  So with much prayer & discussion, Hope was founded.  After 29 years of service, that vision has not changed. They want the same opportunities for your children (and now, their grandchildren) that they wanted for theirs.

We have several online videos available to you as a Hope Family, as well as HCS Curriculum Advisors that have been homeschooling for several years and can help you navigate through the sea of choices in curriculum & styles of schooling.

You do have the freedom to choose your own curriculum, we just ask that you do not use a curriculum that directly conflicts with Biblical Principles and it must be grade level appropriate.  If you have any questions about any curriculum, please feel free to call or email us.   We also offer Hope Online – an online curriculum via the Ignitia Platform.

There will be a $75.00 Registration fee, due with your application (increases to $85 on 8/1/19).  The application fee is non-refundable, if your application is approved.  However, if your application is denied for any reason, your registration fee will be returned to you within 10 days of notification of denial.

There is an annual tuition fee of $405.00 for each school year. Once you have become a Hope Family, you can save $45 off tuition by registering before June 9th of each year. Fees are subject to change each year but notification is sent by March 15th, should this occur. This is an annual fee and due even if a student/family enters or withdraws mid-year. These fees are per family, regardless of the number of students enrolled. You have the option to pay your tuition via a monthly draft (checking, debit or credit card) of (currently) $45 per month, beginning September 1st and ending May 1st.  Students entering mid-year, the fee will be divided equally over the remaining months of the school year.
